Losing wait secret “1” revealed

Here is the first secret I can reveal it to you.
All is in your plate. YES, diet is the ultimate thing to do, and if you think using those famous diet replacement snacks, protein or receipes that cost you money, you are wrong.
It’s simple here is what to eat and not :
First I want to say something about US foods, mostly they are unhealthy when you go to restaurants, fast food….
Also you have to remove all sodas, limonade, artificial juice…. DRINK WATER and once a week you can drink a pure orange juice.

So here is my daily meals :
Breakfast : 1 to 2 pieces of break (whole grain) spread with a no-cholesterol light butter and light (no sugar added) jam.
Coffee late with 1 sugar, and if hungry you can have a bowl of milk with cereals.
Once a week you can have 2 eggs (without bacons, ham or saussages) and 2 pieces of bread (whole grain) with coffee.

So you see, it’s not hard to diet, your stomach will be used to and day after day you won’t need to eat more.

I also recomend that you skip places like fast food, breakfast restaurants… because sometime you could get hungry and buy junk, it will not help you lose fat.
So now I want that you follow my tips :
1 – Open your word processor
2 – Choose a bold and large font like ARIAL or Tahoma.
3 – Write your goal as you reach, short sentence and must be easy to remember like : I have 6 pack abs or I attrack women or I’m superman…. anything that you thing you are (if you were like those mens on cover of magazines)
4 – Make font size as biggest as possible on one line to hold your text.
5 – Copy and paste on several lines of page (not more than 5) should be easy to read.
6 – Print it
7 – Put tapes on it and apply on your wall that is near to a mirror (full mirror, where you can see your entire body)
8 – Everyday or as ofen you can read it and look at your body in the mirror
9 – when you start having ideas on buying the junk food, just remember the text and you’ll see you won’t go and buy it.
10 – I guarantee you’ll get results (of course you must follow my diet and exercise program when using this tips)

Why you should lose those fat, and get shape like a rock?

Here is the storie. When men’s gets 30 years old and over, the body fat consumption decrease as a natural phenomenon called metabolism and fat are easily stored in several places like the belly, cheeks and thighs. So it’s necessary to do exercise as often as possible to burn these extra calories.
Also at this age all health problems can start to raise like diabete, acid uric, cholesterol, cardiac problems….
So I will recommend everyone : men, women, children to do some exercise regulary.
So why I’ve decide to change my life and be shaped, well because I’ve got no choice, I’m ill and I’ve got one of these symtoms talk above, I ve got to take 1 pill everyday till the rest of my life and I don’t know how long I will last so sport is for me a survival drug.
Don’t wait to lose weight like me, when it’s too late you are done.

The positive thing is that after doing regulary sport it can help decrease your illness, and like me having a “perfect body”, it attract womens.
When I go to the beach I’m afraid to pull off my t-shirt, because as soon as my body is uncovered, girls, womens eyes and jealous mens turn their heads to my body.
And when I’m at the Gym wearing a tank top or at my karate place, women comes to me and start a conversation, as I’m married and have a child, I don’t go forward (see what I mean).
